Wings Over The World: Wings of Italy (Part 2)

In this aviation documentary from the 1980s the history of Italian involvment in the development of the airplane. It focuses on the Caproni family and their company which was responsible for many seaplane and bomber aircraft in the period between the early 1900s through Mussolini's Regia Aeronautica. This part of the docoumentary continues to look at the Italo Balbo Atlantic crossing, then moves on to Macchi's participation in the Schneider Trophy.
